Job Description
Looking to hire an experienced Lead to build a fully automated AI lead generation and email outreach system. This is a setup project, not ongoing manual work - they need a system that runs automatically and resource must be able to train the client who will have their IT Team takeover ownership upon completion. This resource will be reporting into the CIO directly so must have good written and oral communication skills.
What the system needs to do
Automatically identify companies that client is seeking to partner with after NDA is signed Find and deliver the POC name, company, and verified email address Automatically send an introductory email to each POC on Clients behalf Follow up with every POC automatically every 2 weeks with a fresh email if there was no reply Feed all leads and contact activity into a CRM that they can monitor and generate data from
What Client requires - non-negotiable
Must have previously built this type of automated lead generation system
Must provide at least one verifiable reference confirming you built the system and that it worked Must be able to show client contact what you built - a walkthrough, screenshots, or a recorded demo The system you build for the client must be something they own and can operate without depending on the builder
Nice to have
Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly.ai, Smartlead, n8n, or Make among other Industry leading technologies Experience setting up email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so the clients emails don't land in spam Ability to write or help write the outreach email sequences
