Design and implement AI-powered operational workflows and internal systems that automate healthcare payment and revenue integrity processes. You will own the transition of rough strategic ideas into polished, scalable execution across the company's business lanes.

We are building AI infrastructure for healthcare payment operations and revenue integrity at national scale — spanning VA healthcare, payer integrity, rural health, and enterprise operations. The right person will sit close to leadership, help shape the company’s operational systems, and eventually have the opportunity to own major initiatives or business lanes.

Responsibilities
- Run and improve day-to-day company operations
- Build AI-powered workflows and automations
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.
- Create polished presentations, documents, dashboards, and operational systems
- Coordinate projects and drive follow-through across teams
- Support leadership with execution-heavy operational work
- Help identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Build internal processes that increase leverage across the company
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, events, office operations, and strategic initiatives
- Operate with high responsiveness and ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
