We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead who approaches recruiting like a systems and growth problem — not a process problem.

This role is for someone who:

  • Builds sourcing systems instead of running manual searches
  • Uses AI and automation to create leverage
  • Thinks in funnels, experiments, and iteration
  • Reduces founder involvement by delivering consistently high-quality candidates

You’ll own talent acquisition end-to-end for a growing B2B SaaS company and work closely with founders to turn hiring into a scalable, repeatable system.

This is not a traditional recruiter role.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys personally building recruiting workflows and sourcing systems — not managing a recruiting team.

What You’ll Do

Own AI-First Sourcing & Automation

  • Use modern AI sourcing tools (e.g., Juicebox / PeopleGPT, Pin) to identify and engage candidates
  • Build and maintain automated recruiting workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, and APIs
  • Continuously experiment with outreach, targeting, and sequencing to improve response rates and candidate quality
  • Reduce manual work by building systems that scale

Run End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Own hiring for B2B SaaS roles from intake through offer
  • Translate founder needs into clear sourcing and screening criteria
  • Ensure only high-signal candidates reach founders
  • Continuously refine the funnel based on hiring outcomes

Advise on the Market

Provide founders with insight on:

  • Talent availability
  • Compensation expectations
  • Realistic timelines

Push back on unclear requirements or unrealistic expectations and adjust sourcing strategies as priorities evolve.
