Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Use new age Gen-AI tools, TypeScript, React, and modern UI frameworks to develop and support Web Applications or Single Page Applications (SPAs). Develop robust APIs and backend services using C#/.NET / Python/ Node for application-specific and enterprise-wide use. Strong experience with both relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB), including design, optimization, and integration in cloud-based applications. Cloud & Architecture: Design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, and Serverless architectures. Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and Azure AI services is useful for AI features and integration. DevOps & Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines as code using Azure DevOps or similar tools. Promote development standards through automation, code reviews, and release management. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to translate vision and requirements into technical solutions. Mentor and guide developers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices. Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Quality & Support: Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, documentation, and adherence to functional/non-functional requirements. Provide Level 3 support for application incidents, including triaging, bug fixes, and patching. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in high-pressure environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and mentor teams. BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. UI/UX experience is an advantage. Nice-to-Have Expertise in Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
