AI Engineer
Uses Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
Design to build to ship to iterate, no handoffs
Hired for results, not hours logged or process followed
What you've built matters more than credentials
Internal AI workflows and agents to automate game asset generation, style adaptation, and marketing creative production. You will deploy and maintain these tools to streamline processes across product, analytics, art, and marketing teams.
A builder with a strong technical foundation who is obsessed with experimenting, shipping, and iterating on Generative AI tools. You should have a deep personal interest in AI and a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your ability to turn ideas into high-quality, usable systems.
At Cypher Games, we are a team driven by our passion for frontier technology and games, building simple, creative, and addictive experiences with the ambition of reaching players around the world. As we push to create global hits, we're exploring how AI can help us produce better art, content, and player experiences faster and at higher quality. As a Generative AI Engineer, your main mission will be to design and build internal AI workflows and agents that make our teams more productive: from game asset generation and marketing creatives to any process that can be smarter with AI. This is not a purely research role; it's about experimenting fast and shipping real tools that our teams actively use.
