Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior RPA Software Engineerto join our growing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling our digital workforce. The ideal candidate is a Pythonexpert passionate about leveraging technology to automate complex business processes. You will be a key player in evolving our automation capabilities by integrating AI and machine learning to create sophisticated, intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and efficient end-to-end automation solutions primarily using Python.
• Integrate RPA botswith enterprise applications, databases, and APIsto ensure seamless process automation. Author complex SQL queriesto manipulate and retrieve data for automation workflows.
• Serve as a key contributor in projects to enhance ourRPA solutionswith AI/MLcapabilities, moving toward intelligent automation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across the organization.
  

Requirements

• 5+ yearsof professional software development experience, with expert-level proficiency in Python
• Extensive experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queriesand working with various database systems
• Proven track record of designing and building automated solutions to solve business problems
• Hands-on experience with RPA platformssuch as Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
• Professional experience as an AI Engineerwith a portfolio of projects involving machine learning, NLP, or computer visionintegrated into applications
