In the role of Digital Automation Analyst Senior, we'll count on you to:
  • Serve as a strategic bridge and leader between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into governed, scalable solutions built on low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions.
  • This role emphasizes process analysis, solution feasibility, data and analytics alignment, and responsible AI adoption, ensuring solutions are well designed, compliant, and aligned to enterprise platform standards.
  • The analyst focuses on what should be built and why, not primarily on hands on development. Additionally, the analyst may build lower complexity solutions and reports.

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a business analyst, technical analyst, or hybrid role.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and designing solutions using low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technically feasible, platform-aligned designs. Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design; data and analytics concepts; low-code/no-code platforms in governed environments.
  • Experience leading larger scale analysis projects and assisting other analysts in learning the discipline.
