As an AI/GenAI Engineer - Senior Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will engage with clients to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services to clients. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that transitions and runs services, manages delivery teams, and optimizes managed services processes, tools, and services. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing client service delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Leading project management efforts to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients

What You Must Have
- Agentic AI & LLM Application Development (LangChain/ LlamaIndex/ Model Context Protocol (MCP)/OpenAI Agents SDK/CrewAI/AutoGen)
- Python Backend & System Design (Python/ FastAPI/ Flask/ Pydantic/ Pytest)
- Intelligent Automation & ServiceNow Development (ServiceNow Flow Designer/IntegrationHub/Now Assist/REST APIs)
- Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering (Docker/ Kubernetes/ Terraform/ GitHub Actions/Jenkins/AWS/Azure/Vault)
- Production AI Engineering & Evaluation (RAG/ LangSmith/ OpenTelemetry/ Promptfoo/MLflow/Human-in-the-Loop Guardrails)
- At least 6-9 years of experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
