As an AI Lead - Manager - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to provide exceptional service. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of managed service management and strategy, focusing on continuous improvement and optimizing the managed services process. Your work will involve managing delivery risk and performance, confirming that our clients receive the quality service they expect.
Responsibilities
- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations
- Overseeing delivery teams to optimize performance and manage delivery risks
- Implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Utilizing project management skills to plan, budget, and execute managed services projects
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and optimize processes
- Developing and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Engaging in strategic planning to identify opportunities for business transformation
- Designing and implementing automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency
- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective service delivery
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service offerings
What You Must Have
- AI Agent Development & Orchestration (LangGraph/LangChain/CrewAI/AutoGen/OpenAI Agents SDK)
- Intelligent Automation & Workflow Engineering (ServiceNow /UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blueprism)
- DevOps, Platform Engineering & CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps/Terraform/Docker/Kubernetes)
- Cloud Architecture & Deployment (AWS/Azure/ServiceNow AI Platform)
- Engineering Leadership & Agile Delivery (Scrum/Kanban/Jira/Azure Boards)
- At least 10-14 years of experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
