Position Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation & AI Enablement Manager to architect and scale the systems, workflows, and intelligence layer behind ReluTech’s marketing engine.
This is not a traditional campaign role. This person will design how marketing operates, leveraging automation, AI, agents, orchestration tools, and data pipelines to make the entire department faster, smarter, and more scalable.
You will build the internal infrastructure that powers demand, partner, content, and sales enablement motions, reducing manual work, improving speed to market, and unlocking new capabilities through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Architecture
- Design and own ReluTech’s marketing automation stack and workflows.
- Build automated pipelines for campaign creation, launch, reporting, and optimization.
- Create intelligent routing, enrichment, scoring, and lifecycle logic.
- Eliminate manual processes across marketing operations.
- Design scalable systems that can grow with the business.
AI & AI Agent Enablement
- Evaluate, deploy, and manage AI tools, agents, and copilots for the marketing team.
- Build agent-driven workflows for content creation, campaign setup, data analysis, and reporting.
- Prototype new AI use cases quickly and productionize the best ones.
- Continuously explore emerging tools and platforms.
Revenue Infrastructure & Systems
- Partner with RevOps to design attribution models, dashboards, and forecasting logic.
- Ensure marketing data is clean, enriched, and actionable.
- Build systems that tie activity to revenue outcomes.
- Support ABM, partner, and sales-assisted motions with automation.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in marketing automation, RevOps, growth ops, or technical marketing.
- Deep familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and data workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or automation platforms.
- Strong systems thinker who enjoys building infrastructure.
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and automation logic (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc).
- Highly analytical and process-driven.
- Strong documentation and enablement instincts.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.
