3+ years in Process Improvement and RPA; degree in CS/AI/IT; strong Power Automate/Power Platform skills; API/web services experience; LLMs a plus; good problem-solving and communication.
Your Tasks.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies
- Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents, to build relevant solutions
- Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Conduct processing mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes
- Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions, ensure onboarding of users onto the developed application and share best practices
- Manage small to mid-size projects, including Planning, execution and reporting within our governance framework
- Support and coach from colleagues which are developing small applications within our ‘creator’ program.

Your Qualification:
- Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting
- Experience in LLM's is a plus
- Strong understanding of API integration and web services
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows
